  A total of 3 state grants worth 520.22 million UZS (1 practical, 1 innovative, and 1 grant for young scientists) and 3 international grants have funded scientific research conducted by university scientists. A total of 175 professors and lecturers, 66 doctoral candidates and independent researchers, and 72 talented students participated in these projects. Additionally, funds amounting to 617 million UZS were received from research carried out based on sectoral orders.
  Bukhara State Technical University currently employs 452 professors and lecturers in the main staff, including 28 Doctors of Science and Professors, and 190 Candidates of Science (PhD) and Associate Professors. The scientific potential constitutes 48%.
  In the field of training scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel, the university has 13 specialties in the doctoral and PhD programs, where 6 doctoral candidates (DSc), 120 PhD students, and 15 research interns are conducting scientific research.
