Article 11. Higher Education
Higher education ensures the training of highly qualified specialists in bachelor’s degree fields and master’s degree specialties.
Training of specialists with higher education is carried out in higher education institutions (universities, academies, institutes, higher schools). Persons who have completed general secondary education (eleven-year education), secondary specialized education (nine-year basic secondary and two-year secondary specialized education), initial professional education (nine-year basic secondary and two-year initial professional education), as well as persons who completed secondary specialized and vocational education (nine-year general secondary and three-year secondary specialized vocational education) before the entry into force of this Law, have the right to obtain higher education.
