ELBA: Establishment of training and research centers and Courses development on Intelligent Big Data Analysis in CA" Duration: 36 months (15/11/2019-14/11/2022) The goal of the project: to open training and research centers and develop courses on the intellectual analysis of large-scale data in Central Asia. Justification of the project: - The sharp expansion of the volume of data in production, organizations, market infrastructure, economy, Internet network, social networks and all other areas in modern times in Uzbekistan and Central Asia creates the need for effective use of this large amount of data; - the need to plan future activities using the methods of processing large amounts of data and forecasting (weather, boson law, future professions, etc.); - emergence of the need for intellectual systems in society; - the lack of sufficient knowledge, skills and experience in this field and the study of the world experience of the student; - solving the problems of organizing and developing centers for work in this field in higher educational institutions, preparing specialists in this field, etc. Expected results: formation of courses of intellectual processing of large volumes of data and application to the educational process; training of specialists in intellectual processing of large volumes of public information; organization of centers for intellectual processing of large amounts of data in the classification of higher educational institutions; solving production problems using the activity of centers and the potential of higher education. 30% of the created courses are planned to be held in English; application of new software and related training of teachers to work with new programs, as well as organization of teaching in English through new pedagogical technologies. Application of European Union experiences to mathematical engineering, development of an interdisciplinary program increases the potential of the higher educational institution in terms of international cooperation. Analyze the needs of local stakeholders and the relevance of higher education in each partner country. The developed program helps to implement the principles of the Bologna process. The wide impact of the project will help the industrial and innovative development of the partner countries.
