Ensure the training of highly educated and qualified personnel with high moral and ethical qualities and capable of independent thinking;
To root the national idea in the minds of students and youth, to form practical and effective mechanisms of conducting spiritual and moral up-bringing;
Improving the management of the spiritual and bringing process;
Development of current and long-term plans for spiritual and bringing work and creating a mechanism of monitoring their strict implementation;
development of the necessary regulatory and methodological documents, plans for the practical activities of the system of spiritual and educational work;
to ensure timely enhancing and thorough explanation of decrees and decisions adopted by the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan to students, professors and teachers;
well-timed enhance of documents received by competent government bodies on spiritual and educational issues to the institute’s staff and ensuring the implementation of their activities;
providing the necessary conditions for the formation of a social environment that meets the requirements of the liberalization of society among the teaching staff of educational institutions;
building a democratic legal state and civil society, that is necessary to eliminate the mood of spiritual dependence of students and constantly develop their own thinking;
working in collaboration with law-enforcement agencies to provide legal education and crime prevention;
organizing a system of conveying information about the country and international life to the population, teachers and students;
preparation and publication of scientific, methodological and practical literature, manuals on spiritual and educational issues;
providing methodological and informational literature and manuals on subjects taught in social sciences and humanities departments, studying and analyzing issues about the potential and qualifications of teaching staff, preparing relevant proposals;
preparation of appropriate proposals for the formation of the staff of the final state examination commissions in the social and human sciences; organizing meaningful use of students' free time.
organizing clubs according to the student interests, field of education, majors, and types of professions;
carry out regular monitoring of the condition of student dormitories to ensure their full compliance with the needs of the students living in them;
paying special attention to reading and studying fiction among students, especially high-level works of art created during the years of independence of Uzbekistan, and for this purpose, conducting a special exam for the best interpretation, analysis and review of works of art;
organizing competitions, reading conferences, meetings with authors and writers, encouraging winners, replenishing the information and resource center with various artistic, journalistic works, scientific and popular publications;
monitoring issues of ensuring uninterrupted and high-quality work of sports and health, consumer services, nutrition, rest and cultural recreation systems; obtaining information about the financial position of students from low-income large families and conducting regular work on their social protection;
organization of events held jointly with parents of students, local governments, neighborhood authorities, charity foundations and other relevant non-governmental and non-profit organizations and control of activities in this direction;
ensuring the regular publication of large-circulation wall newspapers that constantly illustrate the work carried out at the educational institution on spiritual and educational issues; organizing competitions, festivals, amateur art groups and Olympiads;
providing an active participation of teaching staff and students in various public events held in republican, regional and city levels;
making proposals on the areas of spiritual, educational and up-bringing work and increasing their effectiveness; formation of ethical standards and a culture of high behavior in relationships between teachers and students.
