TECHNOLOGICAL MACHINES AND EQUIPMENT

    The department "Technological machines and equipment" operating at the Bukhara Institute of Engineering and Technology was established based on the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education dated July 10, 2019 to establish an innovative education system in this department , special attention is being paid to issues of ensuring integration of education with production, launching advanced scientific research and production of innovative projects special attention is being paid. 3 candidates of sciences, 2 senior teachers, 6 assistants, 4 intern-teachers and 13 doctoral students are working in the department and are conducting research work.

   No. PF-5847 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on approval of the "Concept for the development of the higher education system until 2030", "Increasing the quality of education in higher education institutions and their active participation in comprehensive reforms implemented in the country" No. 3775 "On additional measures for the provision of education", No. 2909 "On measures for the further development of the higher education system", "On economic sectors and fields In order to implement the tasks defined in the decisions of PQ-3698 "On additional measures to improve the mechanisms of introducing innovations", the department has established corporate cooperation with production enterprises of our republic and region, including Bukhara "BUKHARA BRILLIANT SILK" Uzbek-Chinese joint venture, "OFS" LLC, "Bukhara Tamirservis" LLC, "OCEAN LUX" LLC, "ROMSTAR" joint venture, "DELUXE FABRIC" LLC, " DRIVER EKVATORIAL TEKS LLC, KAMALAK SHABNAM TEKS LLC, and ShaAM Tekstil enterprises, in cooperation with the leading experts, study the current problems of production enterprises and use new technologies in the course of the lesson.

   In order to implement innovative projects in the department and introduce them to production, to support the innovative ideas of young researchers and to strengthen the material and technical base of the department, the scientific-laboratory center "Innovative technologies in light industry" and the rooms of "Masters and scientific researchers" were established. "Improving the technology of wet-heat treatment of sewing materials based on resource efficiency", "Development of the technology of making clothes with a stable shape using the felting technique", "Polymer composite coating device" development of the structure of working bodies and driving mechanisms" "Determining the parameters of the adjustable reaction mechanism of the sewing machine", "Development of innovative technologies for dyeing fabrics and threads with natural dyes", "Silk and optical fibers "Improving the process of Smart weaving " scientific research works.

    The Department of "Technological Machines and Equipment" has established cooperation with foreign educational institutions, including professors and teachers of Kosygin Moscow State University "Artistic modeling, design and technology of garments", Ivanovo State Polytechnic Institute, St. Petersburg Institute of Design and Technology, Don State Technical University is cooperating with professors and teachers.

    Among the foreign professors and teachers are T.V. Butko, associate professor of Kosygin Moscow State University, and I.V., professor of Don State Technical University. Cherunova works in constant cooperation with the department, these teachers are involved in the educational process in order to increase the scientific potential of the department, to lead the research work of basic doctoral and master's students.
