    On July 10, 2019, the Department of "Chemical Technology of Organic Substances" was re-established on the basis of the Department of "Chemical Technology". Associate professor A.A. Haydarov is assigned to head the department. The department has 2 undergraduate courses: 60710100 - Chemical technology (Organic substances); 60710100 - Chemical technology (High molecular compounds) and 70710103 - "Chemical technology of high molecular compounds (production technology of polymers)" and 70710101 - Chemical technology (production of organic compounds) graduate specialties. In these areas, 11 professors-teachers are working in the department, 5 of them are candidates of science, doctor of philosophy in technical sciences, associate professors, scientific potential is 45.5%.

    Advanced pedagogical technologies, educational programs and teaching-methodical materials based on international educational standards are widely introduced into the educational process at the department. All processes are carried out using modern equipment and information communication technologies. Educational processes at the department are carried out in cooperation with higher education institutions, scientific research institutes, foreign higher education institutions and production enterprises equipped with high modern technologies.
