The Faculty of Textile and Leather Industry was established by the order of the Rector of the Institute dated July 25, 2019 No 160-U. Since its  foundation, the faculty is headed by Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor S.S. Musaev. Today  at the faculty students study for a bachelor's degree in specialties :   60721200 - Development and technology of construction of light industry products (textile),  60721200 - Development and technology of construction of light industry products (yarn production), 5321500 - Technology and equipment (leather and fur technology),  5321500 - Technology and equipment (leather and fur, astrakhan),  5321500 - Light industry technology and equipment (leather goods technology), 5321500 - Technology and equipment (footwear and leather products),  61020200 - Occupational safety and health ( by industries),  60721400 - Light industry technologies and equipment (leather and fur processing and equipment), 60721400 - Light industry technologies and equipment (footwear, leather-making equipment)  60210400 - Design (design of footwear and accessories ).
